WHONET is a Windows-based database software developed for the management of microbiology laboratory data and the analysis of antimicrobial susceptibility test results. If you would like to download the most recent version (5.3) of the software, you can do that here (download and install the file whonet53setup.exe). Descriptive information about WHONET is available from WHO site. Please note that WHO pages will be updated soon, but now they still refer to WHONET 5.1, so do not download the software from this site and use instead the source mentioned above.

With Epi Info™ and a personal computer, epidemiologists and other public health and medical professionals can rapidly develop a questionnaire or form, customize the data entry process, and enter and analyze data. Epidemiologic statistics, tables, graphs, and maps are produced with simple commands. Epi Map displays geographic maps with data from Epi Info™.

EpiData is a free computer programme for simple or programmed data entry and for data documentation. Development of an analysis module is ongoing.

This is a tool for performing basic statistical analysis of exposure and outcomes on Palm and PalmOS-based (e.g. Handspring) handheld computers.
